OK, so as always we're a little behind on the posts and we're just getting to Mother's Day.
We had a very fun Mother's Day this year. First we went to our ward, which starts at 8:30am. Matt works with the Young Men, so we stayed for all three hours before coming home and giving Shaylin a quick nap. We tried to make it up to Jayna's parents ward at 1:00pm, but we were already running late when we ran into construction traffic on the I-10. So we didn't end up getting to their building until about 1:30 and basically just ended up waiting in the hall until their sacrament meeting got out and surprised Jaylene.
We ended up hanging out at the Brugman's for the rest of the day and eating dinner with them.
On a personal note we both feel very lucky to have the mother's we have, not only on Mother's Day but throughout the year. Both of them are so selfless and thoughtful and are great examples to us. We couldn't have asked for more perfect mother's (and mother-in-law's) for each of us.

Man you guys always have such cute pictures on your blog! You are such a cute and great mommy and I love the picture of the four of you. WOW...can you believe you have two kids!?!?!?!?!
