Back when Jayden and Derek were dating (before they were engaged) and before Jayson and Leah had even started dating we would talk to each other about how in a perfect world we would be able to pick our sibling in-laws and if we had the choice we'd end up having Derek and Leah marry into the family and be in-laws. Well not too long after that Derek popped the question and then right after Jayden and Derek got married Jayson and Leah started dating and ended up getting engaged. So in a round about way what we're trying to say is that we were very excited that Leah was going to marry into the family.
May 13th was the big day and they did the wedding and reception at Ashley Manor, the same place that Derek and Jayden got married. When Leah joined the church a year or so ago she promised her parents that they would be able to see her wedding. So that's why they did it civilly first and then they plan to get sealed in a year at the temple. The wedding was busy, but a lot of fun. Jayna did Leah's hair and helped do Jayden and Jaymee's also before the wedding and Matt was the 'videographer' so he was busy running around trying to videotape everything. Luckily Matt's parents were in town for the wedding and were able to help out with the kids. John was there too and was able to help out.
