February 7th:
Our very good friend Dave is a photographer and a few weekends ago while he was down from Utah he took Jayden (Jayna's little sister) and her fiance Derek's engagement pictures. They did it at Sun Ray Park and we tagged along to watch him and his wife Ashley work their magic. Unfortunately Emmalyn was in the middle of a nap at the Brugman's so she wasn't able to come with us, but we ended up doing our own little photoshoot of Shaylin while they were doing the engagement pictures.

This is the tree that the Brugman's have several family pictures on, including the one they sent out for their Christmas card this year...

Here's one of Dave and Ashley in action. While Dave was taking the pictures Ashley would make sure that the poses were good and that everything was in place. They make a really good team! Even Dominic helped out by sleeping the whole time we were there. We just pushed him around in the stroller. You can see the stroller in the background there. Thanks Dave and Ashley!!

How cute! I think it is great that you were able to get some cute ones of Shaylin... Thanks for your help with Dominic so I could help dave! We had soo much fun seeing you and cannot wait for June!!!! XOXOXOXO
