Here's a few random pictures from the last few weeks:

Sept 21st

We went up to the Brugman's to celebrate Jaymee's (Jayna's younger sister) birthday. Jaymee turned 15 years old and she's the youngest in Jayna's family. She is so good at helping out with our girls and playing with them. Shaylin loves going to Jaymee's basketball and volleyball games. We are so glad to have Jaymee in our family!

Everyone getting ready to eat yummy cake and ice cream. We were happy to have Leah (Jayden's/family friend) and Derek (Jayden's boyfriend) over that night also to help celebrate. It is hard to see, but Jayden joined us from Utah on Derek's labtop using iChat. Her face is sitting on the counter. It was so funny to have her there with us, with just her head. Oh yeah, and if anyone is wondering why Derek has a little makeshift turbun on his head, it is because Jayna's mom put it on so Jayden couldn't see his "long" hair.

Sept 23rd

Jayna and the girls had fun playing around with the laundry basket, while Jayna was doing laundry. It was Emmalyn's first time in the basket and she seemed to enjoy herself.

Sept 29th

Another first for Emmalyn-riding in the wagon! She absolutely loved being a big girl and sitting in the wagon with Shaylin. She loved sitting up by herself and enjoyed being able to look at Shaylin and everything else while Matt pulled them around the house..

Oct 1st

Jayna tried to get a picture of both girls together in one of their matching outfits, but as you can see it didn't work. Oh well, the separate pictures turned out cute.

Here is a cute picture of Jayson making Emmalyn laugh. She had a fun time playing with him! She is such a happy baby and is so quick to smile and laugh with anyone who gives her attention.

Jaymee plays volleyball on the JV team at Desert Vista and we got to go to her game! Shaylin loved it and talked about it for days. She talked about it that whole night until she went to bed...literally! She was laying in her bed saying..."Jaymee's volleyball game...we clapped..." We hadn't been to one of her games this season, and were very excited it worked out that we could go. We wish our schedules let us see more of them.

Oct 2nd

Honeywell has a basketball league that they run twice a year and Matt has played in the last couple seasons. Jayna and the girls had fun going to a few of the games this season. Here is a picture of most of the team after their last game this season - Eric, Drew, JJ, Matt, Mike, Hamilton, Nick, and Jared.
