Emmalyn's First Swim

We've been on vacation for the past week and a half, which is why we haven't done any new posts for a while. We have an absurd amount of pictures from when we were gone so we'll have to break the trip down into several posts, but first here's a couple of posts that we meant to get done before we left but didn't end up getting to.

July 11th

So far this summer we've been keeping Emmalyn in the house whenever we've gone swimming with Shaylin up at the Brugman's. We decided to take her for her first swim back in mid July. Although she didn't really like getting in the water - she cried when we put her in the pool - she looked cute in her little swimsuit and hat!



Of course Shaylin had fun swimming too. Here she is with Jayna's cousin Aubree (whose family was visiting from Hooper, UT) and Jaymee.


Shaylin also had a lot of fun hanging out with some of Jayna's other cousins, or 'friends' as she likes to call them. In this pictures she's playing with (from left to right) Carter (laying on the floor), Hayden, Shaylin, Preslee, and Keegan.
